Free Fridays: Lyric writing and poetry with Woodzy

Do you like writing song lyrics? How about poetry? Want to learn from someone who does it for a living?

Woodzy is a Flo Poet and Spoken Word Artist

whoo writes and performs poetry at shows all over the world. He has performed at Wembley Arena, been on Bafta winning programme “Life And Rhymes”, has a poem on the tour of the Tower of London. His work has been on display in collaboration with Beefeater gin at their pop up stall and also at Harry Styles’ store “Pleasing”

He grew up not far from Crawley in Woodhatch, he has  coached football for Crawley Town Football Club and had a poem commissioned and recorded by Manor Royal BID.

Drop in to spend some creative writing time with Woodzy and learn about how you can write lyrics for your own songs.

You can drop in for five minutes or stay longer. Join us for food, conversation and creativity.

Suitable for all ages (age 8+ recommended). All children must be accompanied by an adult.
